COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Welcome to Harvester! Our community is built around a shared passion for hunting, conservation, and the outdoors. These guidelines help ensure that Harvester remains a safe, respectful, and welcoming place for all hunters.

1. RESPECT FELLOW HUNTERS

• Treat all community members with respect and courtesy
• Disagree constructively — personal attacks, name-calling, and bullying are not tolerated
• Be welcoming to hunters of all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned veterans
• Respect different hunting methods, preferences, and traditions

2. HUNT LEGALLY AND ETHICALLY

• No promotion of illegal activities. Do not post content that promotes or encourages poaching, trespassing, or hunting without proper licenses or permits
• Follow all local regulations. Content should respect local, state, and federal wildlife laws and regulations
• Practice fair chase. We support ethical hunting practices that give wildlife a fair chance
• Conservation first. Harvester supports sustainable hunting and wildlife conservation

3. CONTENT STANDARDS

• Harvest photos: Harvest photos are welcome and celebrated. Present your harvest respectfully — avoid gratuitously graphic content
• Accuracy matters: Do not post false or misleading information about hunting regulations, locations, or species identification
• No spam or self-promotion: Do not flood the community with repeated posts, advertisements, or promotional content
• Respect privacy: Do not share another person's hunting spots, private land locations, or personal information without their consent

4. PROHIBITED CONTENT

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed:

• Content depicting animal cruelty or torture
• Harassment, threats, or intimidation of any kind
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Sexually explicit content
• Content promoting illegal drug use
• Impersonation of other users or public figures
• Spam, phishing attempts, or malware distribution
• Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights

5. SAFETY

• Always promote safe firearm handling and hunting practices
• Do not encourage reckless or dangerous behavior
• If you see content that poses a safety risk, report it immediately

6. REPORTING AND ENFORCEMENT

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it using the in-app reporting features. Our moderation team will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include:

• Content removal
• Warning to the user
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account ban for severe or repeated violations
